Deleting Schedules

When you create a new scheduled map or scan, it's saved on the schedules list. At any time, you can permanently delete one or more scheduled tasks from this list. Optionally, you can temporarily deactivate a schedule if you do not want to permanently delete it, but also do not want it to run at the scheduled time.  

Managers are allowed to delete any scheduled task, regardless of which user created it. Unit Managers are allowed to delete their own scheduled tasks and tasks created by other users in their business unit. Scanners are only allowed to delete their own scheduled tasks.

 

To delete a schedule:

1.    Select nav_schedule.jpg Schedule from the left menu.

2.    Select the check box next to each scheduled task you want to delete and then select Delete from the Actions menu. Note that you can select the check box at the top of the left-hand column to automatically select all tasks listed on the page. You can increase the number of rows displayed on the page from the View menu.

3.    Click Apply. A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion.

4.    Click Delete.
