If you do not want a map or scan to run at its scheduled time, but you don't want to permanently delete it, then you may choose to temporarily deactivate it. You can go back and reactivate the task at any time.
1. Select Schedule from the left menu.
2. Select the check box next to each scheduled task you want to deactivate and then select Deactivate from the Actions menu. Note that you can select the check box at the top of the left-hand column to automatically select all tasks listed on the page. You can increase the number of rows displayed on the page from the View menu.
3. Click Apply.
A message appears asking you to confirm the action.
4. Click Deactivate.
The scheduled task becomes inactive. A dimmed clock () appears next to the deactivated schedule.
To reactivate an inactive task, simply follow the instructions above but select Activate from the Actions menu in Step 2. The scheduled task becomes active again. A lit clock () appears next to the active schedule.
