Running Reports from Report Templates List

The following procedure describes how to run reports from report templates when you don't have Report Share enabled. You can tell if Report Share is enabled by selecting Report on the left menu. If enabled, the report history list appears. If not enabled, the report templates list appears.

To run reports from the report templates list, simply select the template you want to use from the report templates list and click the Run icon. See instructions below.

 

To run a report from the report templates list:

1.    Select nav_report.jpg Report from the left menu.

The report templates list appears.

2.    Identify the report template you want to use and click ico_run.jpg.

3.    Depending on the template you selected, the report may automatically appear online or you may be prompted to provide additional report details. For example, for scan reports set to Run Time (manual) source selection, you're prompted to select saved results to include in the report. For map reports, you must select the domain you want to report on and saved map results. For remediation reports, define the report target and the tickets to include in the report. For policy reports, you must select the compliance policy you want to report on. Follow the online prompts and see the quick help for specific information for the type of report you're running.

4.    Click Run to generate your report.
