Agent Installation Status

The Dissolvable Agent Setup window provides messages to indicate whether the Agent has been accepted or declined, and the most recent user action taken.

 

Agent Has Never Been Accepted

If the Agent has never been accepted no installation message appears. The Agent is currently not accepted.

 

Agent Installation is Accepted

If a Manager has already accepted the Agent for the subscription (the Agent is currently accepted), the setup page displays the name and user ID of the Manager who accepted the Agent and the date and time it was accepted.

Note: If the Agent was accepted prior to the 6.19 release, then the Agent remains accepted when your account is migrated to 6.19. Initially the "Agent Installation Accepted" message will list "Unknown" instead of a user name and login, and the date and time your account was upgraded to 6.19.

For example:

Unknown on 04/20/2011 at 15:21:54 (GMT-0700).

Subsequently when you accept/decline the Agent using 6.19 the service will replace "Unknown" with the user name/login.

 

Agent Installation is Declined (previously accepted)

If the Agent is currently declined, the setup page displays the name and user ID of the Manager who declined the Agent and the date and time it was declined.
