PCI Account Links Setup

Your PCI account links identify PCI Merchant accounts that you can share PCI scans with. View your available PCI account links and add new account links. You can link to multiple PCI accounts.

User Permissions: A Manager must add the first link to a PCI Merchant subscription. After the first link is added, any user with scanning permissions can add a link to their existing PCI account in the same Merchant subscription. Managers have the option to create new Merchant subscriptions and link to them.

View PCI Compliance Status

PCI compliance status information appears for each PCI Merchant account listed. PCI compliance status information is updated automatically by the service on a regular basis. The date and time when the compliance status information was last updated appears at the top of the page.

Status. The current PCI compliance status for each linked PCI Merchant account. icn_pass_small.jpg indicates that the Merchant is compliant with the Network Scan requirement. All IPs in the account have been scanned in the last 30 days and no vulnerabilities which must be fixed to pass PCI compliance were found. icn_fail_small.jpg indicates that the Merchant is not compliant. N/A indicates that the Merchant has never launched a PCI scan or that the Merchant account link was just added to the list and the compliance status information has not yet been updated.

Live IPs in Compliance. The percentage and number of live IPs in compliance. For example, 100% indicates that all IPs in the PCI Merchant account were found to be alive when they were last scanned and no vulnerabilities which must be fixed to pass PCI compliance were detected. 50% would indicate that half of the IPs found to be alive when they were last scanned are compliant.

Next Due Date. The next due date for the PCI network report (90 days from the last submitted date). N/A indicates that the PCI Merchant has never submitted a PCI network report.
