For each map request, the service produces one or more maps depending on the map target that you specify. When multiple maps are produced from a single request, all of the maps will share the same map title (if one was provided). The Targets column in your map history list identifies the registered domain name or the IPs/ranges included in each map.
Specify the map target in the Target Domains section when you launch a map (on the Launch Map page) or schedule a map (on the New Scheduled Map page). See examples below for Asset Groups and Domains/Netblocks.
When you enter one or more asset groups to map, you must also identify which assets (domains and/or IPs) from the asset groups you want to target. Select the Domains check box to map the domains from each asset group. Select the IPs check box to map the IP addresses from each asset group.
The group "New York" includes the following assets:
Domains: corp1.newyork.com and corp2.newyork.com
IPs: 64.41.134.59-64.41.134.61
The group "London" includes the following assets:
Domains: corp3.london.com and corp4.london.com
IPs: 10.10.10.1-10.10.10.100,10.10.10.115
The user enters the asset groups New York and London, and selects the Domains check box. The service produces 4 maps.

Note: The service automatically creates a separate map report for each domain in each target asset group. In the case where the same domain name is included in multiple asset groups, the service produces duplicate map reports. For example, if the target asset groups New York and London include the same domain "mydomain.com", then the service produces 2 map reports for "mydomain.com".
The user enters the asset groups New York and London, and selects the IPs check box. The service produces 2 maps.

The registered domain names that you enter in the Domains/Netblocks field must be in your account, making them available to you for mapping. To map IPs and IP ranges, the special None domain must be in your account and the manually entered IPs must be part of the None domain's configuration.
The user enters an individual registered domain name. The service creates a single map for the domain name.
